Tobee® B1052U38 Slurry Pump Polyurethane Impeller is used on small slurry pump 1.5/1B-AHR. Expand work life 3-5times than normal standard R55 material.

Slurry pump impeller is the main component in centrifugal slurry pumps which has vanes to impart and direct the centrifugal force to the slurry. Slurry pump impeller is also the most diverse component in slurry pumps, by changing impeller, the same slurry pump can cover more different duties.

Slurry Pump Polyurethane Parts(commonly abbreviated PU) is a unique material that offers the elasticity of rubber combined with the toughness and durability of metal. It allows the engineer to replace rubber, plastic and metal with the ultimate in abrasion resistance and physical properties. Polyurethane can reduce plant maintenance.

Urethane abrasion and tear resistance are much better than rubbers, while offering higher load bearing capacity. Compared to plastics, urethane offer superior impact resistance, while offering excellent wear properties and elastic memory.
