Chipboard on all sides is framed with a flexible and thin plastic paper based on a special temperature sequence. Turns solid chipboard, with a thickness of 0.4 to 0.8 mm consisting of several layers that protect each other, one after the other. On top of the decorative pattern is applied, covered with acrylic resin and laminaria at high temperature. All this makes postforming practical, resistant to moisture, impact, stains, heat and chemicals, its surface is perfectly cleaned and washed, and dries quickly.
This artificial surface is pleasant to the sight and touch, there is a possibility of a rich variety of patterns, shades and textures, there are matte, glossy, mirror-like, rough and smooth variants. Bottom postforming-countertop paste over the Kraft paper, and the joints are protected by special rubber caps and decorative plastic corners that prevent penetration of liquid. On the side part superimposed, the special edge, giving it an aesthetic and finished appearance.
