Chenfan Electric manufactures custom assembled transformer cores, step-lap laminations, pre-stacked cores and ready-to-insert core assemblies to customer-approved drawings. We also supply and process CRGO/GOES electrical steel, including original coils, slit coils and cut-to-length laminations.
Our factory is in Xiong County, Baoding, Hebei, China. The team comprises 51–100 staff, with approximately 50 tonnes per day of combined core and CRGO processing capacity. Chenfan Electric's brand history dates to 2015. The legal operating company is Xiongxian Chenfan Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd.
Manufacturing and processing controls focus on material identification and traceability, cut dimensions, edge and burr condition, step-lap sequence, joint alignment and stacking geometry. Inspection documentation, protective packaging and the delivery configuration are agreed for each order. Material grades, gauges, dimensions and acceptance criteria are confirmed against the purchaser's requirements.
