Rapid Cure Screen Printing Puff Additive by Screen Print Direct® is a low-temperature cure plastisol ink additive formulated to give your ink an elevated puff texture. Rapid Cure Puff Additive is ready to use from the container, mix the additive into the ink of your choice.
The puffing effect occurs once the ink is fully cured on your garment.
We highly recommend using Rapid Cure Puff Ink with low-temperature ink. Results with a standard plastisol ink are subpar.
Directions:
- Add 10 – 20% by weight to the ink of your choice and mix.
Ex. 50 grams of ink requires 5-10 grams of Rapid Cure Puff Additive.
- Cure at 270º Fahrenheit.

Recommended Storage: 65º - 90º Fahrenheit
