Machine for washing crates. The machine is designed for washing boxes with dimensions max 600 x 400 x 400. Consists of four modules: the tunnel, washing area, zone rinsing pipeline. The machine design allows for future expansion, by adding modules such as module blower. The speed of movement of the conveyor chain is regulated by a frequency Converter. Water tank insulated to avoid additional heat loss. Pump operation is controlled by the sensor so that the pump is switched on only when the drawer is in the tunnel that allows users to save water. The water going to rinse, then goes into the main tank. The water level and temperature in the main tank is controlled automatically. The machine is equipped with a unit dosage of detergent.
