Complete Extrusion line for producing of flat film PP/PS.
Film width up to 850 mm; film thickness form 0,15 up to 1,5 mm.Capacity approx. 100 kg/h depends on material and size.
The line consists of: Extruder "Kuhne" screw dia 70 mm x 33 D, 4 heating zones,cooling with fans; motor "ASEA" 39,5 kW;
Sreen changer-2 positions; Flat Die "EDI" width 930 mm;5 heating zones;
Calander -3 rolls cooling and polishing chromium plated dia 310 mm,lenght 1000 mm; foil cutting and winding system; 2 haul off rolls; Calander rolls cooling system; Winder-roll with foil up to 800 kg; Control cabinet.
The Extrusion line is in very good working condition.Can be seen in operation in Sofia.
