This set of conditioning designed to create comfortable climatic conditions in the cab of the tractor Minsk tractor works 80th, 800-and 900-series with the engine MMZ D-242(and its modifications).

Air conditioning is designed to meet all design features of the equipment MTZ, which significantly simplifies its installation. In the conditioning set includes all consumables required for installation.

The package air conditioner consists of:

Compressor SD5S14; "Sanden" Singapore or equivalent 5Н14;
Type - piston, with a vertical arrangement of the outlet fittings-3/4-16UNF(O-ring) input 7/8-14UNF(O-ring);
Number of cylinders - 5 PCs;
The supply voltage of the electromagnetic clutch 12V;
Power consumption of the electromagnetic clutch – 45W;
Drive pulley – 132mm. A2; Type of belt pinch.

The compressor is installed on the chassis of the tractor engine in the direction of movement of the tractor and is driven by a wedge strap (strap length 1120 mm.). Bracket compressor specifically designed for the engine MMZ D-242 (and its modifications), has a thickness of a single plate of 12 mm, which increases the reliability of this design.

Evaporative-heating unit
With fan 12V, thermostat, thermostatic expansion valve, switch fan speeds (3 speed) input 5/8-18 UNF (O-ring), outlet 7/8-14 UNF(O-ring); dimensions (WxDxH) - 393х317х140 mm; Voltage - 12V.

Evaporative-heating unit is installed under the ceiling panel instead of the heater. The a / C controls are submitted to a ceiling panel.

Capacitor:
Copper installed ahead of the main radiator of the engine.
4. Filter drier with pressure switch Assembly:
Incl. compressor - 2 kg/cm2; Off. compressor - 28 kg/cm2;
5. Kit freon harness - 4 hose (brought into the cabin through 2-e stand together with hoses stove);
6. Set transaction;
7. Bracket of fastening of the compressor pulley (two stream).

Mounting options and specifications of the conditioning can vary at will of the customer.
