In deaerators YES the two-step scheme applied degassing: two degrees placed in the deaerating head (1-St stage – jet, the 2 nd – bubbling). In deaerator tank placed third additional step, in the form of submerged bubbling device.

Water, for deaeration, is fed into the column, where it passes successively inkjet and bubble level, here is its heating and steam treatment. From the column, the water jets drains into the tank, after exposure, which is removed from the deaerator.
Main steam is in the deaerator tank, vents steam tank volume and enters the column. Passing through the bubble plates, pairs exposes water to the intensive treatment (makes heating up water to the saturation temperature and removal of trace gases). With increasing the thermal load is activated water lock propedeuse device through which vapor is discharged into the rim of the bubble plates. When reducing the heat load the water trap is filled with water, stopping the bypass steam. From bubble-chamber steam is directed into the jet compartment. In the jets is heating water to a temperature close to the temperature saturation, removal of the main mass of gases and condensation of the greater part couple. The remaining gas-vapor mixture (flash steam) discharged from the upper zone the speakers in the cooler flash steam, or directly into the atmosphere. Process degassing is completed in the deaerator tank, where the allocation of water of fine bubbles of gas through the sludge. Part of the steam can to go through a fitting placed in the water volume of the tank through bubbling device designed to provide reliable de-aeration (particularly in the case of using water with low bicarbonate alkalinity (0,2...0,4 mEq/kg)), high content of free carbon dioxide (more than 5 mg/kg) and abruptly variable loads of the deaerator.
