Coreless induction furnace icht–1/0,4 S2 consists of an induction furnace and a set of equipment necessary for its operation. The melting furnace consists of a base frame, inside of which is quick melting Assembly consisting of the inductor, magnetic cores welded hull, the lining of the hearth ramming of the crucible and upper lined with belt-collar. Melting node is removed by crane for the special lugs.
The frame consists of two parts: the upper, rotatable by means of two plungers, and the lower is stationary. In the upper part of the frame is assigned a node trunks. The inductor is a multiturn coil of water-cooled, made of special tube profile and consisting of two sections – idle and working. Single section coil is used to cool the walls of the crucible.
