This machine is designed for washing and rinsing reusable packaging (plastic boxes), used in the food industry. The machine can handle boxes of different sizes with a height difference of up to 420 mm without pre-sorting.
In the upper body is equipped with: washer system, rinsing, and a conveyor for moving cartons containers through the tunnel. In the lower body, a reservoir for cleaning solution, power supply cabinets.
The output tray on which the boxes are placed in inverted form, provided with a screw conveyor. The conveyor is driven through a gear motor located outside the working area of the washing and rinsing. Control of the drive motor is a frequency-adjustable.
Module cleaning with tank heat pump system of the washing nozzles and system for filtering wastewater.
The module performs rinsing rinsing boxes water. Equipped with a pumping station, a system of nozzles.
Clean boxes pipeline issues on a special platform from which they are removed for further drying (if necessary).
