We offer delivery of turnkey modular units, desulfurization and purification of petroleum products with a capacity of 50 thousand tons/year. The technology allows to achieve a high degree of purification of fuel from organic sulfur compounds to obtain diesel fuel that meets the standards EURO-3,4,5 and above and can be implemented in industrial plants, tank farms, ATP and mini-refineries by equipping modular installation. In addition, the use of this technology allows dispersing waxes at the molecular level that makes it possible to lower the pour point of diesel fuel. Sea trials of diesel fuel after processing in engines of different power, held at the Institute of problems of mechanical engineering (IPMash Academy of Sciences of Ukraine) showed:
more "soft" operation of the engine;
-reduced fuel consumption by 2 to 3%;
-decrease the opacity by 10...15 %.
Processing DT, ACT, TMS allows you to:
-to reduce the sulfur content in the fuel in 5-9 times;
to raise the flash point for 10-20 S;
-to increase the cetane number on 5-12 points.
-energy consumption is less than 0.003 kWh/h per 1 liter of diesel fuel.
