Universal complexes of equipment for the production of cereals and flour with different levels of mechanization of the process.
The criminal code is intended for the production of whole and crushed cereal, flour from cereals and legumes in strict compliance with the prevailing standards of Ukraine and Russia. A universal set is a single process line: carnosauria machine, grinding unit, classifier, the aspirator. Upon Customer request, the complex can be enabled setting for sewing filled bags, spiral (helical) separator (to improve the grade of millet). For the mechanical movement of materials between individual machines a set of mechanization.
The performance of 200-300 kg/h. Products - 25 types of whole and crushed cereal and 6 types of flour. Processed wheat, barley, corn, peas, millet, rye, rice. Low power consumption, high outputs of finished products, the quality of cereals and flour corresponds to GOST.
Warranty 18 months, service, parts, supervision during the entire period of operation.
