Heater of black oil PMR
is a horizontal machine consisting of a casing, the pipe system is rigid and 2 covers - front and rear. In the tubes of the preheater moves the oil in the annular space pairs.
Heated fuel oil pump, designed for working pressure of fuel oil through the supply pipe enters the heat exchange tubes of the apparatus. Having made 12 moves and warmed to the desired temperature, leaves the heater through the water outlet of fuel oil.
Heating steam through the steam supply pipe flows into the annular space, makes a few moves in the longitudinal washing of the greater part of the heating surface. In contact with the surface of heat exchange tubes pairs condenseries, and the condensate drains to the condensate collector and then is discharged through the pipe drain.
Accumulating in the bottom of the housing the non-condensable gases (air) are discharged through the pipe air suction.
