Axial expansion joints are used to absorb the thermal expansion that occurs along the pipe axis. The pipeline system are separated by expansion joints in areas between fixed supports. Thus, the pipe displacement, which arose due to the extension is absorbed by metal bellows compensator, is installed on the pipeline section.
Axial expansion joints are manufactured with a standard offset of 30 and 60 mm. Linear bushing is used as an option to separate a fluid flow and a bellows compensator to make the flow uniform.
