Transformer ATOS-2000 is used for contact spot welding equipped power adjustment, overheat protection and a timer. Spot welding is performed on the variable current, this unit can work with low-carbon steels and non-ferrous metals. The principle of operation of contact welding is the connection of the compressed surfaces by passing of the current through them. Products are clamped between the electrodes manually by clicking on the upper handle welding machine. In this model you can change time the passage of welding current through the electrode. The compact size and small weight facilitates transportation of the apparatus.
Welding ATOS-2000 operates from a household power of 220 W maximum the value of the welding current reaches 4500 A. the Welding impulse can last from 0.1 to 3 seconds.
