The PIZZA OVEN ROLLER GRILL PZ 430 S - oven double chamber oven pizza, is designed for baking pizza, bread, pastry and sandwiches.
The internal size of the chambers of the furnace corresponds to the size of the container trays GN 2/3. The shape of the chambers provides uniform heat and prevents burning of the food. The capacity of the furnace will allow you to cook two pizzas with a diameter of 430 mm
Used in the design of the furnace infrared quartz heating elements guarantee an intensive heat treatment, which allows propeci dough without drying it and not giving to burn the stuffing. The heating elements are independently adjustable and light indication. High temperature inside the chamber minimizes cooking time product - 3.5 minutes for freshly prepared semi-finished pizza and 4.5 minutes for deep frozen pizza.
Pods made of refractory stone, accumulate heat, remove excess moisture and allow to evenly distribute the temperature inside the chambers. Through the use of natural material pods, taste and appearance of the pizza turns out as if it was cooked in a traditional wood oven.
System oven control is equipped with two rotary controls temperature (thermostat, designed for temperatures 0-350 °C and the controller and timer with sound signal. The temperature of the furnace may be set within the range from 0°C to 350°C, time - 15 minutes, with the ability to disable the timer for continuous operation.
