Planter VEGA-8 Pro

VEGA 8 PRO is a universal semi-trailer pneumatic planter, designed for precision planting calibrated seeds of corn, sunflower, castor, sorghum, soybeans, and seeds of forage beans, beans, lupine;
-with working them into the soil using the Coulter;
with simultaneous, separate from the seeds, making granulated mineral fertilizers;
-consolidation of the soil in rows.

It is also possible seeding of uncalibrated seeds, but in this case the accuracy is directly dependent on the difference in size and degree of damage of seeds used.

Precision seed drill VEGA 8 PRO is ensured by the new design of the metering unit.

Metering unit of a new design

1 the Location of the metering unit on the frame section allows you to completely eliminate the effect of different loads on the body and, thereby, exclude the possibility of its failure.
2 High location of the metering unit ensures normal operation even in the presence of plant residues.
3 Opening and not the removable cover of the seed distributor simplifies maintenance.
4 Upper and lower kickers excess seeds allow to exclude the "twins" and implement adesemowo dosing seeds.
5 From the side of the intake chamber on the sowing disc mounted agitator seal which prevents the hang of seeds.
6 Valve regulates the level of seeds in the intake chamber prevents overflow.
7 Simple replacement seed disks.

The sowing section

8 Parallelogram suspension together with two supporting wheels installed on both sides of the double-disc Coulter, enables you to copy the surface topography of the field.
9 Maximum matching of the point of discharge of the seeds in the seed bed and the fulcrum of the side wheels can withstand a predetermined depth of seeding, which ensures uniformity of germination and increases productivity.
10 the presence in the design section of the clod sweeper makes it possible to release a line of passage of the disk Coulter from clods and plant residues.
11 V-shaped packer wheels carry down seeds to the seed box, which promotes earlier and more uniform germination.


12 For crushing section to the soil, there are three springs, removing or dressing that you can change the contact pressure. Each spring corresponds to a force of 50 lbs. With the tank fully loaded with seeds of corn, and taking into account the weight of this section, the maximum ground pressure can reach 280 kg
13 When direct seeding in stubble instead of a clod sweeper you can set the cutter (cutting slit disk), which is optional.



Accurate and easy adjustment of the depth of sowing is provided with a handle and a graduated scale.

Lateral supporting wheels are mounted on the balancer that allows each wheel to move independently of the other and overcome obstacles with a height up to 50 mm without reducing the seeding depth.

Seeds are placed in a moist layer in the sealed box.



Cast press wheels have adjustable pressure and width of the compacting.

The planter is equipped with a centrifugal fan driven by a tractor PTO 540 rpm

In order to secure the retaining holes on the seed disks heavy seeds of legumes (soybean and others), the seeder fan has an air duct.

To regulate the rarefaction of the air on the fan there is a damper.

To create the same vacuum in all sowing machines and eliminate the pulsation of the air flow in the design of the drill pipe is used 60x60 mm, perform the role of receivers.

The fan is equipped with overrunning clutch, which protects the belt drive from excessive wear and tear.

Control seeding parameters provides ustanovlennie on the seeder information device "FACT":
the seeding rate;
- the speed of movement of the planter;
- percentage of twins;
- distribution of seeds along the row;
- percentage passes.



Control in the process of seeding allows quick adjustments arising deviations and ensures accurate seeding.

Chain gear seed distributors has 15 ratios.

Gear shift on fertilizer distributors has 12 ratios.
