Device expansion dilatometric electric ТУДЭ1...ТУДЭ12 designed for temperature control of liquid and gaseous mediums in systems of automatic control and regulation at a static pressure up to 6.4 MPa.
The device ТУДЭ1...ТУДЭ5 made with dilatometric sensor element is made of brass for environments that does not cause corrosion. The device ТУДЭ6, ТУДЭ8...ТУДЭ12 done with a sensitive element made of 12X18H10T steel (stainless steel), and ТУДЭ7 made with sensing element of stainless steel 10Х23Н18, resistant to high temperatures.
The principle of operation of the TUDE is based on the increment of long sensitive tube with increasing temperature controlled environment. While located inside the rod tube, made of a material with a low coefficient of thermal expansion, acts on the contact mechanism for causing the opening or closing of contacts. The temperature difference between the closing and opening of contacts is called a differential.
TUDA are manufactured in model "R", where contacts are OPENED by increasing temperature or by "Z" where the contacts CLOSE with increasing temperature controlled environment.
The temperature of operation of the device is set by the knob located on the cover with the scale.
SPECIFICATIONS
TUDA resistant to the effects of ambient temperature from minus 30°to plus 70°C and a relative humidity of 98% at 35°C and lower temperatures without moisture condensation.
Contact device TUDA commutes:
• chains of alternating current with voltage 220 (+22:-33) or 240 (+24:-36)V, frequency 50 ... 60 Hz, a current of 0,1 ... 0,1 ... 10A or 15A with ohmic load and 0.1 to 2A when using inductive load cosφ≥0,5.
