Responsibilities:
Registration of legal entities: commercial (LLC, CJSC, OJSC) and nonprofit (NP, ANO, associations, cooperatives, partnerships, foundations and so on).
Registration and termination of individual entrepreneurs.
Registration of the share issue (primary and secondary).
The registration and renewal in the Registry SMP Moscow.
Opening and closing Bank accounts, change account data.
Changes in information about the LE (made in the founding documents and do not change: a change leader, participants, addresses, names, activities, increase/decrease of capital, share reallocation, exit, re-registration, etc., and PI.
Purchase and sale of shares and shares in companies (including notary).
Reorganization (consolidation, merger, and other). The transformation of institutions.
Separate subdivisions (branches and offices) - registration and deregistration.
Accreditation of branches.
Business liquidation (voluntary, simplified bankruptcy and so on).
Correction of errors contained in the register and egrip.
Development of individual constituent and other documents under the requirements of the customer.
Working with statements (information, official).
Check TCC, changes in the card.
Working with a legal address.
Interaction with public authorities (the Federal tax service, Federal financial markets service, Rosstat, the Russian pension Fund, social insurance Fund, the Ministry of justice), notaries, contractors.
Cooperation with suppliers of seals.
Other issues of corporate law.
Requirements:
Honesty, loyalty to employer and clients.
Good command of written and spoken Russian language, competent speech.
Good communication skills, attentiveness, punctuality, responsibility, stress tolerance.
A neat appearance.
Experience in this area for at least 1 year.

Conditions:
The execution of the employment contract.
The probationary period is 3 months.
Salary - 15 % of their income on services rendered(at least 25 000 RUB).
