In the growing market needs pumping equipment, the specialists of our Company together with the technical services Company EPIC, has developed a pump EHM250-34, which is designed to replace pumps SN-34.
Mounting dimensions of the pump EHM250-34 made in accordance with the size of the pump SN-34, which allows to carry out the direct replacement pump SN-34, without changing the foundations and grounds.
Pumps EHM250-34, are supplied in two versions execution flow area:
- Model EHMM250-34 with liner and impeller high-chromium wear-resistant alloy surface KmTBCr27 hardness 650HB;
- Model EHRM250-34 with the lining of natural or synthetic rubber impeller of high chromium wear-resistant alloy KmTBCr27;
Unlike pumps SN-34, shaft pumps EHM250-34 has a protective shaft sleeve that protects it from mechanical and corrosive fluid.
Powerful five-bladed impeller of the closed type, capable to ensure the transportation of slurries with a maximum size of solid up to 44 mm
Pumps EHM250-34 can be supplied with the engine up to 55kW, a rotation speed of 1500 Rev/min In the basic version, the pumps are equipped with motors series HM2, production Company HUALI MOTORS (380V, 50Hz, IP55, F). Optional consumers, pumps EHM250-34 can be equipped with motors other manufacturers.
The pumps EHM250-34 instead of the obsolete pumps SN-34 would allow consumers to significantly reduce costs maintenance and repairs, to improve efficiency, reduce the power consumption.
