Bucket elevators, production company "Gibran", are self-supporting structure (featured link: H20, H50, H100(920)) does not require additional strapping and are designed to work in the scheme of the technological process with continuous mode of operation both indoors and outdoors, for vertical movement of raw materials in silos, mills, animal feed mills and other processing companies.
The raw material for the conveyor are grains, cereals, flour, bran and other bulk materials with a specific gravity of 250-850 kg/m3.

Bucket elevators with another performance and other lifts are made individually.
Principle of operation: the Raw material comes into the boot through the pipe to boot. From Shoe raw material is extracted polymer or seamless metal buckets mounted on a continuous Elevator belt. Loading grain can be produced as in the direction of movement of the belt with buckets, and against the direction of movement. Tape with the loaded bucket moves from the Shoe to the drive head square Elevator pipes. Under the action of centrifugal force, in the Elevator head raw material is discharged into a pipe for discharging. Tape with empty buckets back to the Shoe boot.
Management Noria should be done from the remote control of the enterprise. This should be provided for disconnecting the drive for the Elevator in the following cases:
- breakage or slippage of the tape;
- overflow, load capacity;
- accumulation of transported materials in the drive station.
Preparation: Noria supplied by the manufacturer unassembled individual nodes. Prior to Assembly and installation of Elevators necessary to conduct an external inspection of the sites. Drums should be rotated by hand. The nodes should not be noticeable dents. Check for grease in the bearings and the motor-reducer. Correct observed deficiencies. During installation, use the lifting vehicle compliance with safety regulations.
