Responsibilities:
Advice clients on the best form of taxation.
Preparation and submission of documents for registration and closing LTD.' ZAO' FE
Support the client in the state. (IFTS' PF' SIF).
Requirements:
Detailed knowledge of the procedures for the registration of LLC' ZAO' IP' deregistration of FE and closing LLC in the short term' reorganization.
The experience of repeated execution of the above functions.
The desirable requirements (significant bonus to the candidate):
The higher education law - welcome.
Knowledge of accounting' labor and tax laws' will be a significant advantage to the candidate
The ability to make the contract' the development of accounting policies' the decision of the labor/tax disputes
The experience of participating in the trial for labor/tax disputes
The presence of diplomas and certificates of professional development is encouraged.
