Dumper is designed for transportation and mechanized unloading of bulk and bulk cargoes: loose, half-rock and rock, iron, Nickel, copper, manganese, Apatite ore, coal, sand, gravel and other building materials.
The design of the car provides transportation on the main Railways of 1520 mm bulk materials with density in the loosened condition of 1.7-2.0 t/m3 and allows the falling boulders weighing not more than 2 tons with a height of 2 meters by filling not less than 300 mm
The car is equipped with supports from shifting in the longitudinal direction of the upper frame relative to the bottom.
A pneumatic discharge system ensures tilting of the body on either side of the track axis, and the return of the body in the transport position after unloading.
The opening mechanism provides the opening side toward the discharge in the closed position of the bead on the opposite side and secure locking of the boards in train position of the body.
