NPK in the form of granulated nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium concentrate is a neutral fertilizer and the fertilizer, the elements of which (N, P, K) can be correlated in different dosages— 15:15:15, 16:16:16 etc..
Contained in NPK phosphorus is distributed more quickly in soil than superphosphate, thus providing better absorption of various crops.
Unlike fertilizer mixtures, nutrients fill the soil more evenly, because the granules include equal amounts of phosphorus, potassium and nitrogen.
To enhance the effect of use of NPK, the fertilizer can be used with other nitrogen species. NPK can be optimally made in the amount of 8-10 quintals per hectare for fertilizing sugar beets or 5-8 quintals per hectare for winter wheat. When the straw is used as fertilizer after grain in autumn, the soil fertilized with NPK in doses of 3-4 centners per 1 hectare. In the fall after other, more high-quality soil predecessors, the NPK to fertilize the soil in a ratio of 1-2 quintals per 1 hectare.

Application of fertilizer of NPK:

The most efficient NPK fertilizer is in the soil in early spring for winter wheat in proportion (3-5 centners per hectare).
For the first feeding winter is an important factor fertilizer NPK mail instead of ammonium nitrate when in the main processing of the soil was not fertilized with potassium and phosphorus in sufficient quantities for high yields according to preliminary estimates.
