According to norms and standards, the storage period:
- dry egg products at a temperature not above 20
°C - not more than 6 months; at temperatures above 4 °C - not more than 24 months;
-refrigerated liquid egg products
at a temperature of from 0 °C to 4 °C - not more than 24 hours, including
the manufacturer, not more than 6 hours since the end of the technological
process;
liquid frozen egg products at a temperature not higher than minus 18 °C -
not more than 15 months; at a temperature not above minus 12 °C - not more than 10 months.

the decision on the equipment of storage of mélange: manufactured Assembly and installation
camera "turnkey" Assembly of the camera body of polyurethane foam sandwich panels,
as well as selection, supply, installation and subsequent maintenance of equipment.
Refrigeration equipment will allow to avoid increasing
temperature in the chamber, including during the peak summer months and at high
