The package console-rotary valve includes:

- swing drive electric or manual;
- electrical equipment Schneider Electric (France);
- feeding cable on trucks or type Festoon;
- limit switches stroke hoist and slewing jib crane, cantilever Crane swivel
- frequency drive rotation;
- the project for construction of foundations.
Cranes, cantilever and swivel are made of soglasno requirements:
- NPAOP 0.00-1.01-07 "Rules of arrangement and safe operation of cranes";
- TU 29.2-21674530-018:2006 Cranes console-turning capacity of up to 5.0 tons of Technical terms"
- GOST 19811-90 "electric Cranes, cantilever stationary. Technical conditions"
