Milk from the tank (1) enters the heat exchanger (2), where it is heated to 61 degrees not at the expense of power consumption, but due to the heat from pasteurized milk. Then the milk enters into the heating chamber (3), where it is heated to 76 degrees (the temperature of pasteurization can be adjusted). From the chamber heating the milk returns to the heat exchanger (2), where it gives up heat to the raw milk. From the heat exchanger the milk is fed into the heater of PM - 1,0, where it is heated to a predetermined temperature in the range of 20 to 40 degrees. Then on the hose for future use.
