Line designed for separation of seeds from grape pomace, the crushed rosehips, and other similar products. Product processed as dry or wet. The basic operations performed by the line: loosening pomace, separation of the seed (seed), the cleaning of seeds from impurities.

Description the line:

    Product (Squeeze grapes or crushed the dog rose) are fed into a hopper, then the screw conveyor, where there is a partial loosening, the product is fed to machine for separating bones. The machine selected large particles of peel and pieces of the stems, and the pits (seeds) and small particles sifted through the holes of the drum and arrive on the conveyor installed at the bottom of the machine. Next separated bone on a conveyor belt are fed into the machine for cleaning seeds from shallow impurities. Cleaned the bones with the help of belt conveyor serves into a hopper of the finished product.
