      Speed control the machine is driven (CVT) with adjustable frequency of rotation, which provides adjustability the process of pitting in the range of 7.8 to 47 beats per minute. For commissioning and start the device it has installed manual hand wheel and manual switch the mode of operation. Brush and cutting the node have the independent drive. The process of removing seeds:

After the washing machine fruit fruits fall to the receiving node directly onto a plate to remove bones. 1. In the processing of cherries:

2. When the processing of plums:

- the maximum diameter of the fruit must match the diameter of the holes;

- the minimum diameter of the fruit only 2-3 mm must be less than the diameter of the holes.

 

3. In the processing of apricots/peaches:

Apricots and peaches are the so - called neolentinus (not placed in a specific orientation) gradea fruit, so of 15-20 % of bone removed in vertical position, often the fruit splits at the bottom. So if you want a canned product with a beautiful aesthetic appearance, it is recommended to install a sorting line. The size of the holes should be chosen in accordance with the size of a large fruit. Maximum the permissible deviation is 5 mm.
