Used to change the direction of flow of the compressed air in the pneumatic cylinders welding equipment. Valve cap 16-1 is most often used in welding machines and installations for spot welding (MT-1222), where it is necessary short-term retention of welding electrodes into the work area.
According to the principle of the valve cap 16-1 refers to the directional valves 5/2, i.e. 5-line two-position distributors with electropneumatic control and spring return. Joining pavolini to the pneumatic network is most often carried out with the use of transition plates for butt mounting.
Valve cap-16-1 replace outdated analogues valves CEP-15, KPE-4.
