COMMISSIONING OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF INSTRUMENTATION AND AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEMS
Commissioning work on automation systems, according to SNiP, carried out in three stages:

The inclusion of automation systems in the work should be performed only if:

the presence of the minimum required process load of the automation object for the definition and the settings of devices and means of automation, testing and commissioning of automation systems

At the third stage, the work on integrated commissioning of automation systems, which will bring the settings of devices and means of automation, communication channels to values at which the automation system can be used in operation.

The third stage is performed after the completion of construction works, their acceptance by the working Committee, in accordance with the requirements of the building regulations and the rules on the spot and in the presence of a stable process.
All switching modes of operation of technological equipment when determining the actual characteristics of the automation object should produce the customer. Enabling and disabling automation systems should be recorded in the operational log.
Commissioning of automation systems should be carried out in accordance with the requirements contained in the working documents, the instructions of the manufacturers of the devices and means of automation or in the sectoral rules, acceptance of the completed construction.
