The purpose of the plot of heat generation - preparation of carrier for grain drying complex with a given temperature and thermal energy.
Fuel:
Option # 1
pellets from straw and other agricultural waste;
Option # 2
chopped straw, typical sizes HH mm;
the moisture content of the fuel is not more than 30%.
Option # 3 is a mixture of agricultural waste (waste silo):
seeds of weeds - 19,24% by weight of the fuel, the characteristic size: diameter 1 mm;
stems-straw - 62% by weight of the fuel characteristic sizes HH mm;
large impurities (dry pods rapeseed, seed cones), the characteristic sizes HH mm;
the moisture content of the fuel is not more than 30%.
Technical parameters of the area of heat generation
Total heat capacity of the heat generating unit - 1...10 MW (modular Assembly).
The type of coolant is a mixture of combustion products and air environment.
The temperature of the coolant supplied to the dryer, is adjustable, up to 1300C.
The moisture content of the fuel is not more than 30%
Attached electric power is 9 kW (thermal power of 1 mW.)
