• testing the insulation of high-voltage insulators, cables and other devices constant (up to 60 kV) and variable (up to 100 kV) high voltage;
• burn and afterburning defective cable insulation;
• measurement of capacitance and loss tangent of objects on the AC voltage of 10 kV;
• determination of the distance to the location of damaged cable lines at a low voltage and pulse bespridelam method at a high voltage;
• determine the route of cable lines;
• topographic determine the location of damaged cable lines induction and acoustic methods;
• low-voltage measurements.
"ETL-35", is intended for:
• tests insulation of cables and other devices constant (up to 60 kV) and sinusoidal alternating (up to 100 kV) high voltage;
• testing of electrical installations at a low voltage;
• definition of capacitance and tangent of dielectric loss angle electrical facilities with voltages up to 10 kV.
