Trisodium phosphate

Trisodium phosphate (sodium phosphate translesanas dvenadtsatiletny) — technical detergent degreaser. The empirical formula is Na3PO4 x 12Н2О.

Trisodium phosphate — flakes or crystals capable cake, One of series products of phosphate salts, which includes in addition to him also sodium tripolyphosphate and disodium. Finds wide application as degreaser in a variety of industries such as the thermoelectric power and metal working, manufacture of sugar and synthetic rubber, pulp and paper and oil and gas processing.

More trisodium phosphate is used for washing and degreasing of workwear. Used in washing dishes and in all cases which require degreasing. Before washing clothes pre-soak in a warm solution of trisodium phosphate (1/2 Cup per bucket of water). Very contaminated linen it is recommended to leave the solution of trisodium phosphate for 2-3 hours. Then linen wash and, if necessary, boiled with detergents. After washing in the trisodium phosphate should be thoroughly rinsed in clean water.

At the moment all the more relevant gains usage of trisodium phosphate in obtaining butadiene-styrene rubbers. For domestic purposes trisodium phosphate packaged for the public in small packing 0.5—1 kg.
