Spiralvoice polyethylene pipes are new features in the construction of pipelines. Polyethylene material with optimal properties for the production of pipes: it is durable (lifetime - more than 100 years), lightweight, corrosion resistant, ensures stable throughput for the entire period of operation, inexpensive, convenient for installation. Since polyethylene is a highly plastic material, one-piece polyethylene pipe of large diameter with significant external pressure, will be subjected to strong deformation, which prevents its operation. Special design spiralmouth tubes formed by winding the hollow profile of rectangular cross-section welded between the coils of the extruder allows the use of these tubes in conditions of high soil loads and geometrical shape of the profile of the wall of this pipe provides high resistance to deformation.
Spiralvoice polyethylene pipes can be used in trenchless rehabilitation applications. The difference of this technology from the technology of trenchless repair of pipelines using seamless polyethylene pipes, in that it does not require input of the pit and the dimensions of the working area minimum (whip before tightening't have to pay).
Allowable depth of the pipe in sandy soils up to 8 meters with regard to transport loads up to 5 meters in clayey soils, taking into account transport loads and depending on pipe diameter and pipe stiffness class.
