Steel for hot working tools pressure

Steel stamps hot working pressure designed to work under heavy shock loading, rapid heating and cooling of the surface. They have a complex set of operational and technological properties: a sufficient strength, durability, toughness and hardenability and heat resistance, scaling resistance, and razgromliali (resistance to cracking in the surface layer caused by volumetric changes in an abrupt change of temperature).  Steel hammer stamps

Molotov stamps are designed to work under shock loads and high temperatures up to 500°C. To produce these stamps use low-alloy steel of high hardenability with high toughness and ranganathittu. HNM steel used for the manufacture of large (longest side of prismatic workpieces 400 - 500 mm) stamps complex shape. Has a high hardenability and saves to a temperature of 500 °C, sufficiently high mechanical properties (σ0,2 = 650 MPa).

HNV for heat resistance equivalent steel HNM, but has the worst hardenability, so as tungsten, to a lesser extent it increases than molybdenum. Steel HNV used for the manufacture of large (blanks ~200 mm) and medium-sized stamps.

Small steel products HNV quenched with 820-880°C in air, and medium and large (after cooling to 750-780°C) in oil. Small stamps released at 480-520°C, achieving a high hardness (40-45 HRC). Steel CHWF, CHUM with a high content of tungsten have high heat resistance and are designed for tools operating with surface heating up to 700°C.

Steel CHUMPS with small additions of tungsten (molybdenum) due to the higher viscosity has increased razgromliali and heat resistance up to 600°C. the Presence of chromium provides good scaling resistance and wear resistance. This steel is intended for instruments high-speed stamping when a sudden change in temperature process.
