Packaging machine "РР22" is a two-chamber device designed for packing of food and industrial products. Used in industrial plants: meat, poultry, dairy (packaging of hard cheeses and cottage cheese), bakeries, fish processing, fruit and vegetables and also for packing electronic circuits and pharmaceutical instruments.
Vacuum sealer РР22 is the most small double chamber machine manufactured by TEPRO. Two packaging locations (of the camera) allow you to optimize the performance of the machine. While packing in one of the chambers, the second can be downloaded that allows the machine to immediately execute the next cycle.
The sealer is made of stainless steel, equipped with a cover, equipped with two welding strips with a length of 490 mm. Cover, mounted on 4 arms equipped with springs, spreads between the chambers of the reciprocating movement.
The machine is equipped with microprocessor controller with digital vacuum measurement and a memory for recording names and parameters 25 packing processes. Each program allows you to edit all basic parameters of the packaging process (vacuum [%] gas [%], the welding time [sec.] time periods [sec.] etc.). During the packing parameters are displayed in real time on the LCD display with backlight.
Extra features:
— Timeout: allows you to automatically stop the pumping process in the absence of pressure changes in the chamber in a given time period. This feature is especially useful for packaging products with high moisture content allows to reach optimum vacuum, thus preventing unnecessary removal of moisture from the product.
— Vacuum pause: function introduction of pauses during recovery, to enable more delicate and complete removal of air from porous products and products containing air bubbles. The input parameters is the value of vacuum at which is paused and the pause time pumping (available to order).
— Counter of cycles with the possibility of nullification.
— The function of checking the tightness of the chamber and the vacuum system.
