Dosing machine is designed for automatic dosing of liquid and pasty products without solid inclusions in any cylindrical container with a diameter of 60 mm and a throat diameter not less than 40mm.
Volume batching is carried out in two ways, depending on the product:
- with diving filling heads;
without immersion.
The dosing plant is made of stainless steel.
Working principle:
On the conveyor towards the metering head fits 10 cans (or bottles), the number of which counts a sensor. In the area of filling of the subsurface holds the container. At the time of holding the cans from movement on the conveyor is filled with product. After filling, the filling heads are raised, the razor releases the containers from the hold and filled product containers are removed from the zone of filling continuously moving conveyor. Next cycle is automatically repeated.
As drives the metering cylinders, the filling heads and razor uses Pneumatics SMS (Japan) and gear reducer SITI (Italy). Controls the operation of the dispenser programmable controller OMRON (Japan).
