Greek traditional semi hard cheese made from sheep and goat milk - Kasseri ( Kasseri Cheese P. D. O .) Cheese Kasseri P. O. D. ( Kasseri P. O. D. protected by designation and place of origin mark P. O. D. Packing 350 grams.
Thanks to a long maturation process the kasseri cheese has a strong and sensual nature. Is aged at least 6 months before the full development of flavor and become semi-solid, slightly oily texture.

Kasseri is used as a component on the cheese plate, dessert, hot and cold dishes for baking.

The composition of kasseri: sheep's milk, goat's milk, rennet, milk yeast, salt.

Mass fraction of fat in dry matter: 40%.

Content per 100g kasseri:

protein is 24.5%, carbohydrates - 0,1% fat, 24%.
