Machine A9-BOOM-3 is designed for automatic stacking of filled and sealed cans or jars in cardboard boxes.
The machine consists of:
the in-feed conveyor (1);
accumulative conveyor (2);
pnevmologika (3).
Cumulative conveyor is equipped with a host account and cutting off the cans.
The infeed conveyor is a conveyor with guide rails for feeding and orientation of cans to the filler.
Packing machine. Represents a node for stacking cans in a box. Structurally, it consists of frame, lowering the primary node (pneumatic cylinder), a plate with suction cups, pushing table, accessories for fixing box.
A transition to cans of a different diameter. For this purpose, the plate for fixing the suction cups replaced, guard rails and conveyor are shifted by the respective banks. Moreover, the fixing and releasing of the custom elements are structurally simplified to the technician of average skill have coped with this task.
