The line is built on the basis of a drum drying AVM 1,5.
Technical characteristics of the complex on sawdust of coniferous breeds:

Capacity: up to 2000 kg per hour of dried sawdust. Provided the moisture content of incoming raw material not more than 50% and moisture 12%, and also use the furnace for solid fuels with humidity up to 20%.
Sawdust at the entrance. Fraction at the inlet of drying not more than 1-3 mm in thickness.
The installed capacity of electric drives of 100 kW.
The consumption of raw materials 4-6 cubic meters per 1 ton dried sawdust (depends on the type of raw material)
The fuel consumption of 0.6-1.2 m cube of solid fuel humidity up to 20% per 1 ton of finished product.
Facility requirements: area Required - 180 sqm, ceiling Height 6 m (this height is required in one place - the place of installation large sedimentary cyclone).
Number of staff: 1-2 persons.
