Insecticide Coragen has a wide window for use against Codling moth. Treatment may be performed from the beginning of the mass flight of the butterflies (ovicide action) before the larvae hatching from eggs (larvicidal effect). But the optimal period of application of the drug, to reduce the risk of fruit damage by the pest, is the period of mass oviposition (Ovi-larvicidal action).
According to the recommendations of the company "DuPont" to avoid the emergence of resistance do not apply more than 2 treatments per season. Treatment must be sequential (one after another) and be within one generation Codling moth (either against the first, libaprutil second generation).
Spacing treatments in the norm of 150 ml/ha is 14-21 days depending on population density.
