StructureMap - coercimeter RRC-M is designed for non-destructive quality control of thermal, thermomechanical or chemical thermal treatments, as well as the determination of hardness and mechanical properties of parts made of ferromagnetic materials in the presence of correlation between the controlled and measured parameters. The device can be used for sorting metals steel grades and inspection of the surface layers of ferromagnetic materials.
The Converter is attached to the electromagnet with a removable pole pieces and with the built in its magnetic circuit with a Hall sensor.
The operation principle of this device is the magnetization of the controlled area of the sheet with the subsequent demagnetization his growing field, fixation of the field strength corresponding to the coercive force of the material of the workpiece, and measuring the amplitude of the signal from the Hall sensor.
StructureMap (coercimeter) allows to estimate the stress-strain state (SSS) of the structure and the degree of fatigue of the metal of the coercive force.
Main field of application is the control of VAT and residual life of metal lifting devices (cranes, hoists and lifts), pipelines, boilers, pressure vessels, etc. as well as traditional non-destructive testing of mechanical properties of steel products and technologies in metallurgy and mechanical engineering.
