Emergency engine Telegraph "JET" is intended to pass from the wheelhouse to the engine room teams running the main engines and get answers about the execution of these commands. The Telegraph is used as a backup means of communication for installed on Board systems for remote automated control of main engines.
Engine Telegraph JET consists of two main blocks - the command that is installed in the wheelhouse and the Executive, which is installed in the engine compartment. Telegraph allows you to send 10 basic commands for managing the main engine of a ship, boat or yacht.
As lines of communication between command and execution blocks machine Telegraph applied digital communication line type "current loop". This helps to ensure high noise immunity information transfer, and, therefore, reliable operation of the Telegraph "JET". In addition, for the transmission of information uses only two cores standard pairs twisted cable shipboard cable.
As a means of signaling to the control unit engine Telegraph can be applied to virtually any existing tools: calls, lights, etc. To the wheelhouse and comes with a compact audible warning device embedded in the remote navigation.
