Purpose:
The roaster is designed for frying and drying bulk solids(such as sunflower seeds, peanuts, pistachios, nuts and other), with the aim of ensuring optimum condition of extraction on the screw presses.
The principle of operation of the roaster:
Included tena and roaster for 15 min heats (only before the first cycle );
In a cylindrical drum with a lateral loading is filled product (vertical drum);
Within 45 min-1 hour (depending on the moisture content of the product) the product is fried;
Product discharge occurs in the vertical position of the drum.
