Description VK-94-01
Valves oxygen balloon intended for installation on steel cylinders for small and medium volume for oxygen RRNA (200 kgf/cm2). The valves are shut-off devices cylinders during filling, storage, and withdrawal from them of oxygen.
The valves are manufactured in the following versions:
- VK-94-01 for installation on the cylinder secondary volume;
- VK-94-EP.07 for installation on the cylinder is small;
- VK-94M-01 with a discontinuous protective membrane;
- VK-94-01 set 03 and use 10 for installation on the ramp.
By agreement with the consumer it is possible to manufacture the valve with the other flange dimensions, including for installation on oxygen ramp or export.
The valves can be used for compressed air, nitrogen, carbon dioxide and other non-aggressive gases.
The valves are:
the conformity certificate of the Federal Agency for technical regulation and Metrology (Gosstandart of the Russian Federation)- ROSS RU. A;
the permit application at the enterprises and objects controlled by Rostekhnadzor No. RRC 00-21052 of the Federal service for environmental and nuclear supervision.
Valves GST 36 4573 are made on THE 3645-042-05785477-01.
The valves are made of kinds of climatic design UHL or T category 2 according to GOST 15150, but for operation in the temperature range from minus 50 to plus 60 C.
