Steam sterilizer VK-30 is designed for sterilization by steam under pressure perevoznyk materials, surgical linen, surgical instruments, gloves and other medical items that are not perishable when exposed to steam.
The device sterilizer
Sterilization and water steam chamber of the autoclave VK-30 made of stainless steel and are a single welded construction, but they may be divided functionally. The valve enables to block the flow of steam in the sterilization chamber during loading, ejection and unloading the sterilizer, thereby operating pressure in the water steam chamber for subsequent sterilization cycles.
Drying of the sterilized material is carried out under vacuum, which creates with the ejector. At the end of the ejection recovery in the sterilization chamber normal atmospheric pressure it is fed through the filter cleaned air. The pointer of the pressure inside the sterilization chamber is manovacuummeter.
To protect the heaters from burnout, in case of low water level in water steam chamber below the minimum, there is a special device that automatically turns off the heaters. The sterilizer is a device for automatically maintaining the working pressure
