Electronic carbonyl iron is composed of at least 97% of the basic substance (metallic iron). The content of impurities of carbon amounts to 1.2 wt.%, nitrogen - to 0.9 wt%. and oxygen - to 0.7 wt.%, which are in the form of carbides, nitrides and oxides, respectively.
Thanks to the unique technology, which leads to the formation of complex layered, onion structures of spherical carbonyl iron particles, this class of products is the specific electromagnetic properties, which may vary special processing methods. These properties can be used when exposed to electronic products electromagnetic radiation. Dimensional stability is achieved by special additives, including phosphating.
