Disconnector RLS - 10 is an electric device that is designed to create a visible gap in the three-phase
electrical circuits alternating current frequency of 50 Hz and voltage 6 and 10 kV in the absence of load current in the line.
In the form of isolation, between the conductor rails and metal frame, used in pin insulators SHF-10, voltage class 20 kV.
This makes it possible to operate the disconnector in areas with high pollution with dust and heavy rainfall.
Disconnector RLS-10 is made at the rated current of 400A and 630A.
RLS-10 allows the switching on and off currents of idling transformers up to 1.0 A at 6 kV and 0.7 A at 10 kV.
This isolator is a three conductor (pole) mounted on a metal frame with a common shaft.
Each pole consists of two fixed column and the movable column of the main knife. Movable column has the ability to swing in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the disconnector.
Busbar disconnector system is made of the primary contact of the knife. Each of the contact knife is a copper
bus. The contact of the movable insulators consists of two parallel spaced contact jaws.
To enable or disable the disconnector and hold the main blades in either enabled or disabled positions is a lever
(weld consumer to the shaft at an angle, providing the necessary kinematic connection) connected through a traction drive.
The main blades are protected from icing by the visor.
Operations "Enabling" and "Disabling" of the disconnector are made by the manual actuator PR-10, included in the package.
Disconnectors according to climatic conditions correspond to the execution From placement category 1 according to GOST 15150:
1) maximum wind pressure of 1000 PA (corresponding to a wind speed of 40 m/s);
2) the maximum wind pressure on ice — no more than 140 PA (corresponding to a wind speed of 15 m/s);
3) the formation of the crust of ice with a thickness of not more than 10 mm;
4) atmosphere type II by GOST 15150. Environment not explosive, not containing conductive dust, aggressive gases and steams in concentrations, destroying metal and insulation;
5) the rainfall rate is 3 mm/min in accordance with GOST 15150
Disconnectors RLS have ground the knives, with the inclusion of which is connected to the ground line attached to the side disconnectors with grounding blades, which is necessary to ensure the safety of people working on the line.
Circuit breakers provide the minimum acceptable distance:
- disabling and enabling:
a) fault currents of land — up to 5 A
b) the surge current of air and cable lines — up to 30 A
C) load current lines off — up to 5 A
– off:
d) the magnetizing current of power transformers — up to 5.5 And
d) charging current of overhead and cable lines (capacitive current) — up to 3A
