Edge banding machine Felder G560 b/y 2010 in fully working condition (worked 30%).
The machine tunnel type automatically performs a series of operations:
• jointing face of the workpiece before facing to prevent chips: two motor 1.1 kW with multi-directional rotation. The planing depth up to 2 mm;
• beveling edging material: pneumatic roughing and finishing saw Assembly with chamfer up to 20 degrees;
• mill the top and bottom;
• polishing radial plates;
• polishing.
The plate for the issuance of edging material from rolls Ø 800 mm
Glue tank with a capacity of 2 kg with a Teflon coating for granulate EVA-adhesive melt with short heat-up time of 12 minutes before the start of operation of the machine. The adhesive roller is able to adjust for the correct dosage of hot melt glue on the different types of edges. Autopedigree temperature of the adhesive during breaks in the work.
The presser block consists of one large roller and the next two pressure rollers with easy conical shape for the distribution of additional pressure on the edge material of the top and bottom of the adhesive joint.
Touchscreen control panel 5,7” provides easy access to the control functions of the machine:

connection or disconnection of the components

- display of maintenance intervals
- error messages in text format
